How do we store your data?
Plovm securely stores your data using Firebase Cloud Firestore for general data and Firebase Storage for images, videos, or recordings done within the app. We do not delete your data unless you request it or do so within the app.
API Usage and AI/ML Models
Plovm uses Google Calendar API and Microsoft Graph API (v1.0) to access calendar data from users who have explicitly consented to this access. This data is used exclusively for the following purposes:
Personalized AI Training: Calendar data may be used to train AI models that are ONLY personalized to the specific user who provided the data. These personalized models help provide better recommendations and assistance tailored to the individual user's scheduling patterns and preferences.
Service Functionality: Calendar data is used to provide core service features including scheduling assistance, time management recommendations, and coordination with other users.
Specific Feature Applications:
NeuroLift Section: Calendar data helps personalize productivity recommendations and habit-building exercises within this section's features including:
QuestVille: Calendar integration enables task scheduling and milestone tracking aligned with user's existing commitments
Routine Rockstar House: Users will soon be able to opt in to create a personalized AI agent (feature coming soon) that learns from their scheduling patterns to suggest optimal routines and time management strategies
Limited Use Declaration:
The use of information received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google Workspace API User Data Policy including the Limited Use requirements.
Important Declarations Regarding AI/ML Training:
Google Workspace APIs are NOT used to develop, improve, or train generalized/non-personalized AI and/or ML models.
Google Workspace APIs are only used to train personalized AI models that benefit solely the specific user who provided the data.
Calendar data obtained through Google Workspace APIs is never transferred to third parties for the purpose of training any AI/ML models (personalized or generalized).
Any AI/ML training using Google Workspace API data is:
Strictly limited to creating user-specific personalized models
Only done with explicit user consent
Only used for providing or improving user-facing features that are visible and prominent in our application
Never used for any advertising purposes
Never used for selling data to third parties
Never used for determining credit-worthiness or lending
Our implementation complies with Google's Workspace API Policy Protections for Generative AI and OAuth requirements for sensitive scopes.
Data Protection Measures:
Human review of calendar data is strictly limited to troubleshooting with user consent
Data is only retained as long as necessary to provide the service
Users must provide explicit consent before any calendar data is accessed or used for AI training purposes. Users can revoke this consent at any time through their account settings. The upcoming personalized AI agent feature in Routine Rockstar House will require separate, explicit opt-in consent beyond the general calendar access permission.
