As the former CEO of Instituto Leo Kanner, she led efforts to provide therapeutic and educational services for autistic individuals, advocating for stigma-free education.

Now, as a Co-Founder of Plovm, autism advocate, and board member of the Autistic Society in Norway, she shapes user experiences to ensure technology connects, understands, and empowers. At Plovm, she trains service providers and enhances the platform's inclusivity and accessibility for everyone.
